Each piece is unique, inspired by the vibrant art of Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, whose works celebrate individuality, nature, and bold colour expression.

The Hundertwasser 686 colourway draws from his silk screen print with metallic imprints (1969–1970) — an intricate, abstract cityscape featuring curved buildings, irregular windows, and layered circular motifs. In this artwork, Hundertwasser experimented with metallic-stamp printing, phosphorescent ink, reflecting glass-bead appliqués, and convex embossing, creating up to 120 colour variations. Each original print was hand-signed and numbered, reflecting his belief that every creation should be one of a kind — just like each hat made from this yarn.

Made from 75% virgin wool (superwash) and 25% polyamide, this hat is soft, absorbent, and durable. The superwash finish ensures it remains non-felting, unshrinkable, and machine washable at 40°C, offering comfort and practicality for baby’s first months.
