The colourway “150 Singing Steamer in Ultramarine III” (1959) reflects Hundertwasser’s signature use of rich colour and organic geometry, capturing the imaginative spirit of his mixed-media work — watercolour, oil, and lacquer on paper mounted on linen. Created from a childhood memory and regarded as a sister piece to “Parts of a Steamer,” this artwork was begun in Vienna and completed in Paris, and its marine blues and dynamic forms are beautifully echoed in this yarn.

Made from 75% virgin wool (superwash) and 25% polyamide, this hat is soft, absorbent, and durable — perfect for everyday wear. The superwash finish ensures it’s non-felting, unshrinkable, and machine washable at 40 °C, making care simple for busy parents.
