Hundertwasser – 1968 Exhibition by Herschel B. Chipp and Brenda Richardson documents the first American solo exhibition of Friedensreich Hundertwasser’s work. This richly illustrated volume includes an essay on the artist’s life and influences, commentary from Chipp’s seminar students, and Hundertwasser’s “Mouldiness Manifesto: Against Rationalism in Architecture.” The book also features a catalogue of 80 annotated works, a biography, artist bibliography, and prior exhibition listings.

Many of the works included were sourced from private collections specifically for this exhibition, offering a rare glimpse of Hundertwasser’s lesser-seen creations. The book is cloth-covered with front foiling, and foil colors vary; a random color will be sent with each order.
