This premium art print is based on Friedensreich Hundertwasser’s “GREEN TOWN” (Oeuvre 781)—a celebration of ecological urbanism and nature-integrated architecture. The city appears as a forest from above, with greenery covering every rooftop and road, illustrating Hundertwasser’s utopian vision of living in harmony with nature.

Printed as a 7-colour offset print on 300 g/sqm matt coated illustration printing paper, the artwork is enhanced with green, glitter blue, and highly refractive silver glossy-foil embossing, applied through several precision finishing steps. The production involves three specialized companies near Stuttgart, ensuring museum-quality craftsmanship.

Hundertwasser on “GREEN TOWN”:"From above the city cannot be seen, as the roofs and level ground are also totally full of greenery. One thinks it is a forest landscape... I’m glad I’m a painter and not an architect."(Catalogue Raisonné, Vol. 2, Taschen, Cologne, 2002)
