Terms and Conditions Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. They can be redeemed in store or online. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Your order is emailed directly from the site quite quickly after placing your order (please check your spam/ junk folder if you don't receive anything). No change is issued from vouchers, if you are unsure that voucher amount would be spent in one use please select multiples of lower value vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers (both online and in-store).
